ANOINTING FOR LEADERSHIP
Theme: Leading with Holy Ghost Power, Not Human Ability

Leaders’ workers, ministers, department heads, cell leaders today’s prayer is specifically for you. You cannot lead people into what you have not entered yourself. You cannot take people to a depth in God that you have not visited personally.
David was a great king not because of his military brilliance it was because he had been in the cave with God before he ever stood on the throne. The anointing that sustained Israel’s greatest king was developed in the obscurity of a shepherd’s field, not in a palace.
“Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the LORD Almighty.” — Zechariah 4:6
PRAYER FOCUS
Lord, anoint my hands afresh for Kingdom leadership! Let the oil of the Holy Spirit flow over every leader in our ministry from the most visible to the most unseen!
PRAYER POINTS
1. My Father, my Father! Anoint my hands, my mind and my mouth for the leadership assignment You have placed on my life in Jesus’ name!
2. O Lord, deliver every leader in POWERHOUSE from pride, ego, the fear of man and the love of recognition in Jesus’ name!
3. Holy Spirit, give our leaders supernatural wisdom let every decision be Spirit-led and Kingdom-focused in Jesus’ name!
4. Father, raise up new leaders in our ministry identify, develop and deploy them for Kingdom impact in this season!
5. Lord, let there be unity among our leadership team bind us together in love, vision and mutual accountability in Jesus’ name!
6. I declare our ministry will be led by men and women of God — anointed, accountable and absolutely committed to His glory in Jesus’ name!
Leaders, pray with a fellow leader today iron sharpens iron and your prayers together are doubly powerful!
